CANARY NUTS - Kacang Kenari

Canary Nuts

Ingredients :
- 125 grams of wheat flour -
- Canary 100 grams , fry without oil, mashed -
- Baking powder 1 / 4 tsp -
- Vanilli powder 1 / 8 tsp -
- 1 clove eggs -
- 50 grams of margarine -
- 50 grams of butter -
- Refined sugar 75 grams-

Spread:
- 1 egg yellow grains -
- Milk 1 tsp -

Decoration:
- Almond -

How to prepare :
1. Wheat flour mixed with baking powder and vanilli, poke average.
2. Shake margarine, butter and sugar until smooth soft, add the eggs and shake again.
3. Enter the flour mixture and canary little by little, poke until mixed evenly.
4. Print dough according to the taste, and let the tub and spread with peanut butter. Roast in oven with sushu 170C for 15 minutes until cooked and lift.
5. Save in toples .

To 400 grams

Kacang Kenari

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 125 gram -
- Kacang kenari 100 gram, sangrai, haluskan -
- Baking powder 1/4 sdt -
- Vanilli bubuk 1/8 sdt -
- Telur ayam 1 butir -
- Margarin 50 gram -
- Mentega 50 gram -
- Gula halus 75 gram -

Olesan :
- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Susu cair 1 sdt -

Hiasan :
- Kacang almond secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur tepung terigu bersama baking powder dan vanilli, aduk rata dan sisihkan.
2. Kocok margarin, mentega dan gula halus hingga lembut, tambahkan telur dan kocok kembali.
3. Masukkan campuran tepung dan kacang kenari sedikit demi sedikit, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
4. Cetak adonan sesuai dengan selera, lalu olesi dengan olesan dan hias dengan kacang. Panggang dalam oven dengan sushu 170oC selama 15 menit hingga matang dan angkat.
5. Simpan dalam toples dan sajikam.
