FISH FRYING FLOUR - Ikan Goreng Tepung

Fish Frying Flour

Ingredients :
- Fish gurami 1 tails, fillet, cut length -
- 150 grams of maize -
- 150 grams of wheat flour -
- Ginger powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Salt -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -
- Water 200 ml -
- 75 grams of margarine -
- Cooking oil 200 ml -

Sauce:
- 150 grams of margarine -
- Sweet condensed milk 50 ml -
- Garlic 3 cloves, finely chopped -
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce -
- Salt -
- Pepper powder 1 / 2 tsp -

How to prepare :
1. Enter fillet gurami in margarine to give it flavor, poke average.
2. Intervention maize, wheat flour and water to form dough.
3. Heat oil, fry the fish until the yellow and brown well. Lift.
4. Sauce: Mix all ingredients until evenly poke.
5. Serve fish fry sauce with flour.

Ikan Goreng Tepung

Bahan :
- Ikan gurami 1 ekor, fillet, potong panjang -
- Tepung maizena 150 gram -
- Tepung terigu 150 gram -
- Jahe bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -
- Air 200 ml -
- Margarine 75 gram, lembutkan -
- Minyak goreng 200 ml -

Sauce :
- Margarin 150 gram, lembutkan -
- Susu kental manis 50 ml -
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang halus -
- Sauce tomat 5 sdm -
- Garam secukupnya -
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt -

Cara membuat :
1. Masukkan fillet gurami ke dalam margarin beri bumbu, aduk rata.
2. Campur tepung maizena, tepung terigu dan air hingga membentuk adonan.
3. Panaskan minyak, goreng ikan hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan dan matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
4. Sauce : Campurkan semua bahan aduk hingga rata.
5. Sajikan ikan goreng tepung dengan saus.
