SEMUR JENGKOL

Semur Jengkol

Ingredients :
- Jengkol 100 grams -
- 2 tbsp cooking oil -
- 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce -
- Water -

Fine spices:
- Onion 3 grains -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- Red chilli 4 pieces -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp Salt -
- 3 cm Ginger, finely -

How to prepare :
1. Clean jengkol, peeled, so part 2. Jengkol boiled until cooked and soft, remove water, wash clean.
2. Heat cooking oil, fried ingredients until fragrant and cooked.
3. Enter jengkol stew, add water. Poke average, cook until the sauce cooked, lift.
4. Serve.

For 2 portions

Semur Jengkol

Bahan :
- Jengkol 100 gram -
- Minyak goreng 2 sdm -
- Kecap manis 2 sdm -
- Air secukupnya -

Bumbu halus :
- Bawang merah 3 butir -
- Bawang putih 2 siung -
- Cabai merah 4 buah -
- Merica bubuk 1 sdt -
- Garam 1 sdt -
- Jahe 3 cm, halus -

Cara membuat :
1. Bersihkan jengkol, kupas, belah jadi 2. Rebus jengkol hingga matang dan lunak, buang air rebusannya, cuci bersih, tiriskan.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu hingga harum dan matang.
3. Masukkan jengkol rebus, tambahkan air secukupnya. Aduk rata, masak hingga kuah matang, angkat.
4. Sajikan.
