GADO-GADO PADANG

Gado-Gado Padang

Ingredients :
- 150 grams of cabbage, finely sliced -
- 5 bean stalk length, cut 3 cm, boiled -
- 6 pieces of leaf lettuce, torn -
- 100 grams bean sprouts, soaked -
- Pieces 1 cucumber, cut lengthwise 4 -
- 100 grams of potatoes, steamed, cut the box -
- 3 boiled eggs, cut -
- 100 grams egg noodles, boiled -
- 100 gram crackers red -
- 3 tbsp fried onion for topping -

Ingredients peanut sauce :
- 250 grams peanuts, fried, mashed -
- 5 pieces chili red curls -
- 2 large red chili fruit -
- 1 / 2 tsp paste, fried -
- 4 grains onion -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 1 / 4 tsp pepper -
- 2 pieces of bay -
- 2 cm ginger, bruise -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 2 tsp brown sugar -
- 2 tsp tamarind water (2 tsp of tamarind and 2 tbsp water -
- 550 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 2 tbsp oil for stir fry -

How to prepare :
1. Peanut sauce: chili red curls, big red chili, paste, onion, garlic and pepper mashed.
2. Heat oil. Stir fry fine spices, bay and ginger until fragrant. Add peanuts. Poe average.
3. Enter the coconut milk, salt, brown sugar and tamarind water. Cook until thick.
4. Serve with the peanut sauce is given and fry onion and red crackers.

Gado-Gado Padang

Bahan :
- 150 gram kol, diiris halus -
- 5 lonjor kacang panjang, dipotong 3 cm, direbus -
- 6 lembar daun selada, disobek-sobek -
- 100 gram taoge, diseduh -
- 1 buah ketimun, dipotong 4 memanjang, dipotong-potong -
- 100 gram kentang, dikukus, dipotong kotak -
- 3 butir telur rebus, dipotong-potong -
- 100 gram mie telur, direbus -
- 100 gram kerupuk merah -
- 3 sdm bawang goreng untuk taburan -

Bahan saus kacang :
- 250 gram kacang tanah, digoreng, dihaluskan -
- 5 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 2 buah cabai merah besar -
- 1/2 sdt terasi, digoreng -
- 4 butir bawang merah -
- 2 siung bawang putih -
- 1/4 sdt merica -
- 2 lembar daun salam -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 2 sdt gula merah -
- 2 sdt air asam (dari 2 sdt asam jawa dan 2 sdm air -
- 550 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Cara membuat :
1. Saus kacang : haluskan cabai merah keriting, cabai merah besar, terasi, bawang merah, bawang putih dan merica.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam dan lengkuas sampai harum. Tambahkan kacang tanah. Aduk rata.
3. Masukkan santan, garam, gula merah dan air asam. Masak sampai kental.
4. Sajikan bahan dengan disiram saus kacang. Tabur bawang goreng dan kerupuk merah.
