GAJEBO CURRY - Gulai Gajebo

Gajebo Curry

Ingredients :
- 400 grams meat* -
- 1500 ml water -
- 2 stem citronella, taken whiteness, bruise -
- 4 pieces of orange leaves, leaves discarded bones -
- 2 cm galangale, bruise -
- 2 pieces of bay -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- 1 tsp tamarind water -
- 300 ml of coconut milk 1 clove coconut -
- 2 tbsp oil for stir fry -

Fine spices :
- 8 grains onion -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- 3 red chili fruit ringleted -
- 2 large red chili fruit -
- 1 cm ginger -
- 2 cm turmeric, burned -

How to prepare :
1. Boil the meat and water to 3 / 4 cooked. Measure 1200 ml of broth. Cut the meat against the fiber.
2. Heat oil. Stir fry smooth flavor,citronella, lime leaves, bay leaves and ginger until fragrant.
3. Pour remaining broth stew. Cook until boiling. Add meat. Poke average.
4. Enter the coconut milk, salt, sugar and tamarind water. Cook until cooked

Meat* used : meat of legs.

Gulai Gajebo

Bahan :
- 400 gram daging sapi sengkel -
- 1.500 ml air -
- 2 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 4 lembar daun jeruk, dibuang tulangnya -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 2 lembar daun salam -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 sdt gula pasir -
- 1 sdt air asam -
- 300 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 8 butir bawang merah -
- 3 siung bawang putih -
- 3 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 2 buah cabai merah besar -
- 1 cm jahe -
- 2 cm kunyit, dibakar -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus daging dan air sampai 3/4 matang. Ukur 1.200 ml air kaldunya. Potong-potong daging melawan serat.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun jeruk, lengkuas dan daun salam sampai harum.
3. Tuang air kaldu sisa rebusan. Masak sampai mendidih. Tambahkan daging. Aduk rata.
4. Masukkan santan, garam, gula pasir dan air asam. Masak sampai matang
