PAN SHOOT - Tumis Taoge

Pan-Shoot

Ingredients :
- Shoot soybean / green beans 100 grams, clean -
- Fish jambal salted or cork 50 grams, fried food, dry, thin cut -
- 1 onion leaf stem, long slices -
- Chili red or green chili 2 pieces, remove seeds, slices of long -
- Garlic 2 cloves, chopped coarse -
- 1 tsp sesame oil -
- Cooking oil 1 tbsp -
- Pepper powder -
- Salt -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil, garlic pan until fragrant.
2. Enter the red chilli, spring onion, and bean sprouts. Poke above the fire is being fast (not too long, better half-cooked). Enter the sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Lift. Its salty fish fry and serve.

For 3 portions.

Tumis Taoge

Bahan :
- Taoge kacang kedelai / kacang hijau 100 gram, siangi –
- Ikan asin jambal atau gabus 50 gram, goreng kering, suwir – suwir –
- Daun bawang 1 batang, iris panjang –
- Cabai merah atau cabai hijau 2 buah, buang bijinya, iris panjang –
- Bawang putih 2 siung, cincang kasar –
- Minyak wijen 1 sdt –
- Minyak goreng 1 sdm –
- Merica bubuk secukupnya –
- Garam secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum.
2. Masukkan cabai merah, daun bawang, dan taoge. Aduk cepat diatas api sedang ( jangan terlalu lama, lebih baik setengah matang ). Bumbui segera dengan minyak wijen, saus tiram, garam, dan merica. Angkat. Taburi ikan asin goreng dan sajikan.
