PANCAKE FERMENTED CASSAVA - Serabi Tape

Pancake Fermented Cassava

Ingredients :
- 250 grams of rice flour -
- 25 grams of wheat flour protein are -
- 100 grams of sugar fine sand -
- 1 / 2 tsp yeast IM -
- 100 grams of mashed cassava tape -

- 600 ml of coconut milk 1 clove coconut -

Ingredients areh:

How to prepare :

Serabi Tape

Bahan :
- 250 gram tepung beras -
- 25 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 100 gram gula pasir halus -
- 1/2 sdt ragi instan -
- 100 gram tape singkong dihaluskan -
- 1 butir telur -
- 600 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
- 50 gram meises untuk taburan -

Bahan areh :
- 200 gram santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
-1 lembar daun pandan -
- 1/4 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan wajan besi yang diberi parutan kelapa. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Areh : rebus bahan areh sambil diaduk dengan api kecil sampai kental. Sisihkan.
3. Rebus santan, daun pandan dan garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Ukur 575 ml santan. Biarkan hangat.
4. Aduk rata tepung beras, tepung terigu, gula pasir halus, ragi instan dan tape singkong. Tambahkan telur. Aduk rata.
5. Tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni dan dikeplok-keplok 20 menit. Diamkan 30 menit.
6. Tuang di wajan besi yang sudah panas. Tekan tengahnya hingga sisinya berkulit. Biarkan mengembang. Taburi meises. Kecilkan api. Tutup dan biarkan sampai matang. Sendokkan areh diatasnya.
