SQUID PAN KECOMBRANG - Cumi Tumis Kecombrang

Squid Pan Kecombrang

Ingredients :
- 600 grams of squid, cut thick 1 1 / 2 cm -
- 1 sheet turmeric leaf, sliced thinly -
- 5 sheets flower kecombrang, sliced thin -
- 2 cm ginger, bruise -
- 2 cm ginger, bruise -
- 2 pieces green chili, cut 1 cm -
- 2 pieces red chili, cut 1 cm -
- 1 tsp salt -
- 1 / 4 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- 100 ml water -
- 1 tbsp oil for stir fry -

Fine spices :
- 5 grains of red onion -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 1 cm turmeric, burned -

How to prepare :
1. Squid mixed with 1 / 2 tsp lime juice. leave 10 minutes. Wash clean
2. Heat oil. Stir fry smooth flavor, turmeric leaf, flower kecombrang, ginger, ginger, green chillies and red chillies until fragrant.
3. Add squid. Poke average. Enter the water, salt, pepper powder and sugar. Cook until cooked.

For the portion of 5

Cumi Tumis Kecombrang

Bahan :
- 600 gram cumi, dipotong tebal 1 1/2 cm -
- 1 lembar daun kunyit, diiris tipis -
- 5 lembar bunga kecombrang, diiris tipis -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 2 cm jahe, dimemarkan -
- 2 buah cabai hijau, dipotong 1 cm -
- 2 buah cabai merah, dipotong 1 cm -
- 1 sdt garam -
- 1/4 sdt merica bubuk -
- 1 sdt gula pasir -
- 100 ml air -
- 1 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 5 butir bawang merah -
- 2 siung bawang putih -
- 1 cm kunyit, dibakar -

Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri cumi dengan 1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 10 menit. Cuci bersih.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun kunyit, bunga kecombrang, lengkuas, jahe, cabai hijau dan cabai merah sampai harum.
3. Tambahkan cumi. Aduk rata. Masukkan air, garam, merica bubuk dan gula pasir. Masak sampai matang.
