PASTEL BAKED - Pastel Panggang

Pastel Baked

Ingredients :
- 100 grams of margarine -
- 75 grams sweet corn boiled, to remove from the cob, mashed -
- 250 grams of wheat flour protein are -
- 25 grams of sugar flour -
- 1 / 2 tsp baking powder -
- 1 egg -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -

Ingredients content (poke average) :
- 200 grams peanuts, finely chopped -
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder -
- 70 grams of sugar -
- 2 tbsp cold water -

How to prepare :
1. Skin: poke the skin until clotted.
2. Grinding thin dough. Cut the rounded diameter of 6 cm.

Pastel Panggang

Bahan :
- 100 gram margarin -
- 75 gram jagung manis pipil rebus, dihaluskan -
- 250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 25 gram gula tepung -
- 1/2 sdt baking powder -
- 1 butir telur -
- 1/4 sdt garam -

Bahan isi (aduk rata) :
- 200 gram kacang tanah, dicincang halus -
- 1 sdm coklat bubuk -
- 70 gram gula pasir -
- 2 sdm air es -

Cara membuat :
1. Kulit : aduk bahan kulit sampai bergumpal.
2. Giling tipis adonan. Potong bulat diameter 6 cm.
3. Ambil selembar kulit, isi dan pilin.
4. Letakkan di loyang yang diolesi margarin. Oles kuning telur.
5. Oven 20 menit dengan suhu 170oC.
