SWEET CORN BREAD - Roti Jagung Manis

Sweet Corn Bread

Ingredients bread :
- 400 grams of high protein wheat flour -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp yeast -
- 80 grams of sugar -
- 100 grams of grated sweet corn -
- 15 grams of milk powder -
- 1 egg, whipped loose -
- 125 ml of cold water -
- 75 grams of margarine -
- 1 tsp salt -

Ingredients spread (poke average) :
- 1 yellow -
- 2 tbsp milk -

Ingredients topping :
- 50 grams vla, ready to use-
- 125 ml of water ice -
- 15 grams of sesame for sowing -

How to prepare :
1. Bread: wheat flour mixed, yeast, sugar, sweet corn and milk powder. Poke average. Add eggs and cold water a little bit stirred up while immune.
2. Enter the margarine and salt. Stirred until elastic. Leave 30 minutes.
3. Each weigh 75 grams. Rounded. Leave 10 minutes. Grinding. Roll.
4. Put on the brass bi oiled margarine. Leave 90 minutes to inflate.
5. Topping:vla and ice shake and ice water until the average. Enter a plastic bag in a triangle.
6. Oles spread the material. Spray with the topping. Sowing sesame.
7. 20 minutes with the oven temperature 190oC.

Roti Jagung Manis

Bahan roti :
- 400 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi -
- 1 1/2 sdt ragi instan -
- 80 gram gula pasir -
- 100 gram jagung manis parut -
- 15 gram susu bubuk -
- 1 butir telur, dikocok lepas -
- 125 ml air es -
- 75 gram margarin -
- 1 sdt garam -

Bahan olesan (aduk rata) :
- 1 kuning telur -
- 2 sdm susu cair -

Bahan topping :
- 50 gram vla instan -
- 125 ml air es -
- 15 gram wijen untuk taburan -

Cara membuat :
1. Roti : campur tepung terigu, ragi instan, gula pasir, jagung manis dan susu bubuk. Aduk rata. Tambahkan telur dan air es sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis.
2. Masukkan margarin dan garam. Uleni sampai elastis. Diamkan 30 menit.
3. Timbang masing-masing 75 gram. Bulatkan. Diamkan 10 menit. Giling. Gulung.
4. Letakkan di loyang yang dioles margarin. Diamkan 90 menit sampai mengembang.
5. Topping : kocok vla instan dan air es sampai rata. Masukkan dalam kantung plastik segitiga.
6. Oles dengan bahan olesan. Semprot dengan topping. Tabur wijen.
7. Oven 20 menit dengan suhu 190oC.
