PECEL CHICKEN

Pecel Chicken

Ingredients :
- 1 chicken tail -
- 1 Coconut young grain, seam length -
- Coconut water -
- 1 lime orange fruit -

Fine spices:
- Candlenut 50 grams -
- 5 cloves garlic -
- 3 red chili fruit -
- 10 cayenne fruit -
- Brown sugar -
- Sugar sand -

How to prepare :
1. Roasted chicken until cooked, lift the chicken and cut according to taste.
2. Chicken beaten so soft.
3. Intervention fine flavor, chicken, young coconut, coconut, and lime. Stirred evenly. Serve.

Pecel Pitik

Bahan :
- Ayam 1 ekor -
- Kelapa muda 1 butir, parut panjang -
- Air kelapa secukupnya -
- Jeruk limau 1 buah -

Bumbu halus :
- Kemiri 50 gram -
- Bawang puith(garlic) 5 siung -
- Cabai merah 3 buah -
- Cabai rawit 10 buah -
- Gula merah secukupnya -
- Gula pasir(sugar) secukupnya -

Cara membuat :
1. Bakar ayam hingga matang, angkat dan potong ayam sesuai selera.
2. Pukul-pukul ayam agar lunak.
3. Campur bumbu halus, ayam, kelapa muda, air kelapa, dan jeruk limau. Aduk rata. Sajikan.
