PARSNIP - Serumpun Ubi

Parsnip

Ingredients :
- 100 red parsnip, cut the length -
- 100 grams of white parsnip, cut the length -
- 100 grams of wheat flour -
- 1 yellow egg, whipped -
- Stem leaves 1 onion, finely sliced -
- 1 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 / 2 tsp sugar -
- Oil -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed wheat flour, yellow, egg, water, spring onion, salt, pepper powder and sugar. Stirred evenly. Add parsnip red, white tuber, and bengkuang. Stirred evenly.
2. Enter one spoon of oil in the dough heat, fry until cooked.

To 15 units.

Serumpun Ubi ( Parsnip )

Bahan :
- 100 ubi merah, dipotong panjang -
- 100 gram ubi putih, dipotong panjang -
- 100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 1 kuning telur, dikocok lepas -
- 1 batng daun bawang, diiris halus -
- 1 1/4 sdt garam (salt) -
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk -
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir (sugar) -
- minyak untuk mengoreng -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur tepung terigu, kuning telur, air, daun bawang, garam, merica bubuk dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Tambahkan ubi merah, ubi putih dan bengkuang. Aduk rata.
2. Sendokkan adonan dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang.
