PICKLE - ACAR

Pickle

Ingredients :
- 3 pieces (200 grams) cucumber, seeds removed, cut length -
- 4 pieces (200 grams) carrot, cut length -
- 10 grains of red onion small piece -
- 10 whole green chili fruit -
- 1 / 2 tea spoon salt -
- 2 1 / 2 tea spoon sugar -
- 500 ml water -
- 1 tea spoon vinegar -
- 2 tbsp oil -

Fine spices :
- 3 grains candlenut -
- 5 grains of red onion -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 2 cm turmeric, burned -
- 1 large red chilli fruit -
- 1 cm ginger -
- 1 / 2 tea spoon coriander -
- 1 / 2 tea spoon caraway -
- 1 / 4 tea spoon aniseed -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil. Pan until fragrant spices finely. Add onion and green chili sauce. Stirred evenly.
2. Enter the water, salt and sugar. Cook until boiling.
3. Add carrots. Cook until cooked.
4. Enter a cucumber. Stirred evenly. When the appointed, add vinegar. Stirred evenly. Lift.

For 5 portions

Acar

Bahan :
- 3 buah (200 grams) ketimun/cucumber, buang biji, potong panjang -
- 4 buah (200 grams) wortel/carrot, potong panjang -
- 10 butir bawang merah/red onion kecil utuh -
- 10 buah cabai rawit hijau utuh -
- 1/2 sdt garam - salt
- 2 1/2 sdt gula pasir -
- 500 ml air - water
- 1 sdt cuka -
- 2 sdm minyak unt menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 3 butir kemiri -
- 5 butir bawang merah -
- 2 siung bawang putih -
- 2 cm kunyit, dibakar -
- 1 buah cabai merah besar -
- 1 cm jahe -
- 1/2 sendok teh ketumbar -
- 1/2 sendok tea jintan -
- 1/4 sendok tea adas manis -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Tambahkan bawang merah and cabai rawit hijau. Aduk rata.
2. Masukkan air, garam and gula pasir. Masak sampai mendidih.
3. Tambahkan wortel. Masak sampai matang.
4. Masukkan metimun. Aduk rata. Menjelang diangkat, tambahkan cuka. Aduk rata and angkat.

For 5 portions.
