CHICKEN COCONUT MILK - Ayam Santan

Chicken Coconut Milk

Ingredients :
- 1 chickens cut the 10 -
- 2 cm ginger -
- 1 stem serai, taken whiteness --
- 4 pieces of orange leaves, removed the bones, torn -
- 3 fruit acid kandis -
- 2 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 1 tea spoon sugar -
- 750 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 2 table spoon oil -

Fine spices :
- 10 grains of red onion -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- 4 candlenut grains, fried without oil -
- 2 cm turmeric, burned -
- 1 tea spoon coriander -
- 1 / 2 tea spoon caraway -
- 1 / 2 tea spoon pepper -

How to create :
1. Heat oil. Tumis fine spices, ginger, serai, lime leaves and tamarind kandis until fragrant. Add chicken. Stirred until the color changed.
2. Enter the coconut milk, salt and sugar. Cook until cooked.

For 10 pieces.

Ayam Santan (chicken coconut milk)

Bahan :
- 1 ekor ayam dipotong 10 bagian -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 1 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 4 lembar daun jeruk, dibuang tulangnya, disobek-2 -
- 3 buah asam kandis -
- 2 1/4 sdt garam - salt
- 1 sendok tea gula pasir -
- 750 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 10 butir bawang merah -
- 2 siung bawang putih -
- 4 butir kemiri, disangrai -
- 2 cm kunyit, dibakar -
- 1 sendok teh ketumbar -
- 1/2 sendok tea jintan -
- 1/2 sendok tea merica -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, lengkuas, serai, daun jeruk and asam kandis sampai harum. Tambahkan ayam. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
2. Masukkan santan, garam and gula pasir. Masak sampai matang.

For 10 pieces.
