RENDANG SERAI - Rendang Serai

Rendang Serai

Ingredients :
- 400 grams beef, cut the box -
- 100 grams prawns, peeled, leave the tail -
- 3 eggs, boiled, peeled -
- 2 stem serai, taken whiteness -
- 2 cm ginger -
- 2 tamarind fruit Kandis -
- 1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- 500 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 3 tbsp oil -

Fine spices:
- 7 grains onion -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- 1 tsp coriander -
- 1 / 2 tsp caraway -
- 1 cm turmeric, burned -
- 4 candlenut grains, fried without oil -
- 2 large red chili fruit -
- 2 red chili fruit ringleted -
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil. Pan-smooth flavor, serai and ginger until fragrant. Add beef. Stirred until the color changed.
2. Enter Kandis coconut milk, salt and sugar. Aduk average. Enter the coconut milk. Cook until boiling.
3. Add the shrimp and egg. Cook until the permeate.

For 6 portions.

Rendang Serai

Bahan :
- 400 gram daging sapi, dipotong kotak -
- 100 gram udang, dikupas, disisakan ekor -
- 3 butir telur, direbus, dikupas -
- 2 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 2 buah asam kandis -
- 1 1/2 sendok teh garam -
- 1 sdt gula pasir -
- 500 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 7 butir bawang merah -
- 3 siung bawang putih -
- 1 sdt ketumbar -
- 1/2 sdt jintan -
- 1 cm kunyit, dibakar -
- 4 butir kemiri, disangrai -
- 2 buah cabai merah besar -
- 2 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 1/2 sdt merica -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, serai dan lengkuas sampai harum. Tambahkan daging sapi. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
2. Masukkan santan kandis, garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Tuang santan. Masak sampai mendidih.
3. Tambahkan udang dan telur. Masak sampai meresap.

Untuk 6 porsi.
