PATIN SPICY - Patin Asam Pedas

Patin Spicy

Ingredients :
- 2 patin fish head, cut the 3 -
- 1 tsp salt -
- 1 tsp lime juice -
- 2 pieces of bay -
- 1 stem serai, taken whiteness -
- 6 fruit acid kandis -
- 1 block chicken broth -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp sugar -
- 1400 ml water -
- 2 tbsp oil -

Fine spices:
- 2 red chili fruit ringleted -
- 8 pieces red chili sauce -
- 2 cm ginger -
- 2 cm ginger -

How to prepare :
1. Patin fish mixed with salt and lime juice. Leave the 15-minute dive.
2. Heat oil. Pan fine spices, bay, Serai, and Kandis acid until fragrant.
3. Enter the water, chicken broth blocks, salt and sugar. Cook until boiling.
4. Add patin fish. Cook until cooked.

For 6 portions.

Patin Asam Pedas

Bahan :
- 2 ekor ikan patin, dipotong 3 bagian -
- 1 sdt garam -
- 1 sdt air jeruk nipis -
- 2 lembar daun salam -
- 1 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 6 buah asam kandis -
- 1 blok kaldu ayam -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 1/2 sdt gula gula pasir -
- 1.400 ml air -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 2 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 8 buah cabai rawit merah -
- 2 cm lengkuas -
- 2 cm jahe -

Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri ikan patin dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan selam 15 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, serai dan asam kandis sampai harum.
3. Masukkan air, kaldu ayam blok, garm dan gula pasir. Masak sampai mendidih.
4. Tambahkan ikan patin. Masak sampai matang.

Untuk 6 porsi.
