SCROLL SHRIMP BREAD - Udang Gulung Roti Tawar

Scroll Shrimp Bread

Ingredients :
- Shrimp size 20 fruit, peeled and left tails -
- Bread 5 fresh fruit without the skin, be diluted, so cut the 2 -

- 600 ml cooking oil, to fry -

Ingredients contents :
- 150 grams of peeled shrimp, mashed -

How to prepare :
1. Content: Mix all ingredients, even confused.

Udang Gulung Roti Tawar

Bahan :
- Udang ukuran sedang 20 buah, kupas dan sisahkan ekornya –
- Roti tawar tanpa kulit 5 buah, tipiskan, potong jadi 2 bagian –
- Telur ayam 1 butir –
- Minyak goreng 600 ml, untuk menggoreng –

Bahan isi :
- Udang kupas 150 gram, haluskan –
- Bawang putih goreng 1 sdt, cincang –
- Seledri cincang 1 sdt –
- Cabai besar 1 bauh, buang bijinya, cincang –
- Minyak wijen ½ sdt –
- Kecap ikan ½ sdt –
- Merica bubuk ½ sdt –
- Gula pasir ½ sdt –
- Garam secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Isi : Campur semua bahan, aduk rata.
2. Ambil selembar roti tawar, letakkan 1 sdm adonan isi. Letakkan 2 buah udang di kanan dan kiri roti dengan bagian ekor di luar roti, gulung dan padatkan. Rekatkan ujungnya dengan telur.
3. Panaskan minyak, goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan dan matang. Angkat
4. Sajikan.
