KLAPERTART WHITE BREAD - Klapertart Roti Tawar

Klapertart White Bread

Ingredients :
- Yellow eggs 5 grains -
- Sugar 100 grams -
- Custard powder 2 tbsp -
- 60 grams butter, melted -
- White Bread without skin 150 grams -
- 60 ml of milk -
- White chicken eggs 5 grains, shake numb -
- 1 Coconut young grains, dredging -
- Canary grilled chopped 2 tbsp -
- Raisins, soaked in hot water to expand, drained -
- Powder cinnamon, ½ tsp -

How to prepare :
1. Enter the bread in the milk.
2. Shake yolk and sugar until white and swell.
3. Enter the custard powder and butter while slowly stirred until flat.
4. Mixed bread, egg white, and young coconut, poke the average.

Klapertart Roti Tawar


Bahan :
- Kuning telur 5 butir –
- Gula pasir 100 gram –
- Custard powder 2 sdm –
- Mentega 60 gram, cairkan –
- Roti tawar tanpa kulit 150 gram –
- Susu cair 60 ml –
- Putih telur ayam 5 butir, kocok kaku –
- Kelapa muda 1 butir, keruk –
- Kenari panggang cincang 2 sdm –
- Kismis secukupnya, rendam dalam air panas hingga mengembang, tiriskan –
- Bubuk kayu manis ½ sdt –

Cara membuat :
1. Rendam roti dalam susu cair, sisihkan.
2. Kocok kuning telur dan gula hingga putih dan mengembang.
3. Masukkan custard powder dan mentega perlahan sambil diaduk hingga rata.
4. Masukkan rendaman roti. Putih telur dan kelapa muda, aduk rata.
5. Olesi pinggan tahan panas dengan margarin, masukkan adonan lalu taburi dengan kenari dan kismis. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 180oC hingga matang dan permukaan kue kuning kecoklatan (+ 35 menit). Angkat.
6. Sajikan hangat atau dingin.
