SOYA - Susu Kedelai

Soya

Ingredients :
- 100 grams of soy -
- 1 lt water -
- 75 grams of sugar -
- 1 / 2 tsp vanilla -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 2 pieces of pandanus leaves -

How to prepare :
1. Wash clean soybean, and drained. soybean soaked in hot water, left during the night (at least 5 hours).
2. Wash clean soybean, and drained.
3. Blender soybean in 500 ml of water until smooth.
4. Add remaining water, slosh average.
5. Filter.
6. Add sugar, salt, pandanus leaf and vanilli ago stirred up a stew boil.
7. Refrigerated serve ago.

To 5 glasses

Susu Kedelai

Bahan :
- 100 gram kedelai -
- 1 lt air -
- 75 gram gula pasir -
- 1/2 sdt vanili -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 2 lembar daun pandan -

Cara membuat :
1. Cuci bersih kedelai lalu tiriskan. Rendam kedelai dalam air panas, diamkan selama semalam (paling tidak 5 jam).
2. Cuci bersih kedelai lalu tiriskan.
3. Blender kedelai dalam 500 ml air hingga halus.
4. Tambahkan sisa air, aduk rata.
5. Saring.
6. Tambahkan gula, garam, vanilli dan daun pandan lalu rebus sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
7. Dinginkan lalu sajikan.
