TAMUN PASUAN - Tamun Pasuan

Tamun Pasuan

Ingredients :
- 150 grams of brown sugar, finely sliced -
- 200 ml water -
- 350 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 150 grams of rice flour -
- 1 table spoon sago flour -
- 1 / 4 tea spoon salt -
- Banana leaf cone -

How to prepare :
1. Boil brown sugar and water while stirred until the sugar dissolves. Filter.

Tamun Pasuan

Bahan :
- 150 grams gula merah, disisir halus -
- 200 ml air - water
- 350 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 150 grams tepung beras -
- 1 sdm tepung sagu -
- 1/4 sendok tea garam - salt
- daun pisang bentuk kerucut -
- ampas kelapa untuk mengukus -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus gula merah and air sambil diaduk sampai gula larut. Saring.
2. Masukkan larutan santan, tepung beras, tepung sagu and garam. Aduk rata.
3. Tuang adonan ke dalam kerucut daun pisang. Letakkan diampas kelapa yang diletakkan di pinggan tahan panas.
4. Kukus 30 minutes sampai matang.
