CURRY BELACAN - Gulai Belacan

Curry Belacan

Ingredients :
- 400 grams of shrimp Pacet -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp lime juice -
- 10 pieces petai, be two -
- 1 tsp tamarind water (1 tsp of tamarind water and 1 tbsp) -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp sugar -
- 400 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 2 tbsp oil -

Fine spices :
- 7 grains onion -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- 3 grains candlenut -
- 2 large red chili fruit -
- 3 pieces red chili sauce -
- 2 tsp paste, fried -
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper -

How to prepare :
1. Shrimp mixed with salt and lime juice. Leave for 19 minutes.
2. Heat oil. Pan ingredients until smooth and fragrant petai. Enter the shrimp. Stirred until the color changed.
3. Add tamarind water, salt and sugar. Stirred evenly.
4. Enter the coconut milk. Cook until cooked.

Gulai Belacan

Bahan :
- 400 gram udang pacet -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis -
- 10 buah petai, dibelah dua -
- 1 sdt air asam (dari 1 sdt asam jawa dan 1 sdm air)
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt gulapasir -
- 400 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 7 butir bawang merah -
- 3 siung bawang putih -
- 3 butir kemiri -
- 2 buah cabai merah besar -
- 3 buah cabai rawit merah -
- 2 sdt terasi, digoreng -
- 1/2 sdt merica -

Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri udang dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 19 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus dan petai sampai harum. Masukkan udang. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
3. Tambahkan air asam, garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.
4. Tuang santan. Masak sampai matang.
