YOUNG COCONUT BREAD - Pipis Roti

Young Coconut Bread

Ingredients :
- 1 young coconut fruit, meat currycomb -
- Bread 5 sheets fresh skin, rough-cut -
- 4 pieces of pandan leaves, cut 3 cm -
- ½ tsp pandan Pasta -
- 600 ml coconut milk -
- 2 chicken eggs grains -
- Sugar 100 grams of sand -
- ¼ tsp Salt -
- Banana leaf to wrap -

How to prepare :
1. Mixed sugar, salt, coconut milk and pandan paste. Cooking while slowly stirred and cooked until boiling. Lift and let cool. Add egg, poke average. . Add egg, poke average.
2. Take 2 pieces of banana leaves which is quite big, bank banana leaf. The form of cup, peg toothpick on both ends.
3. Put the piece pandan leaves, white bread, 1 tbsp young coconut, and coconut milk 1 spoon vegetable. Steam until cooked (+ 20 minutes)
4. Serve.

Tips:
To avoid leakage or vapor when wrapped up, add the dough in the bottom of plastic.

For 7 units.

Pipis Roti

Bahan :
- Kelapa muda 1 buah, kerok dagingnya –
- Roti tawar kulit 5 lembar, potong kasar –
- Daun pandan 4 lembar, potong 3 cm –
- Pasta pandan ½ sdt –
- Santan 600 ml –
- Telur ayam 2 butir –
- Gula pasir 100 gram –
- Garam ¼ sdt –
- Daun pisang untuk membungkus –

Cara membuat :
1. Campur gula, garam, pasta pandan dan santan. Masak sambil diaduk perlahan hingga mendidih dan matang. Angkat dan dinginkan. Tambahkan telur, aduk rata.
2. Ambil 2 lembar daun pisang yang cukup lebar, tumpuk daun pisang. Bentuk takir. Semat lidi di kedua ujungnya.
3. Letakkan sepotong daun pandan, roti tawar, 1 sdm kelapa muda, dan 1 sendok sayur santan. Kukus hingga matang (+ 20 menit)
4. Sajikan.

Tips :
Untuk menghindari kebocoran saat membungkus atau mengukus, tambahkan plastik di dasar adonan.
