PANCAKE PUMPKIN CARAMEL SAUCE - Serabi Labu Kuning Saus Karamel

Pancake Pumpkin Caramel Sauce

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of wheat flour protein are -

How to prepare :

Serabi Labu Kuning Saus Karamel

Bahan :
- 200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 100 gram labu kuning kukus, dihaluskan -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 butir telur -
- 450 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 1 1/2 sdt baking powder -

Bahan saus :
- 400 ml air -
- 400 gram gula pasir -
- 2 lembar daun pandan -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 sdm tepung maizena dan 25 ml air, dilarutkan untuk pengentalan -
- 100 gram kelapa muda, diparut panjang -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan cetakan serabi tanah liat yang diberi parutan kepala. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Rebus santan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Ukur 425 ml santan. Biarkan hangat.
3. Campur tepung terigu, labu kuning, garam dan telur. Aduk rata. Tuang santan sedikit-sedikit sambil dikeplok-keplok 20 menit. Diamkan 30 menit.
4. Tambahkan baking powder. Aduk rata.
5. Tuang di cetakan serabi yang sudah panas.Tambahkan adonan merah muda di beberapa tempat. Biarkan berlubang. Kecilkan api. Tutup dan biarkan sampai matang.
6. Saus : gosongkan gula pasir. Tuang air. Aduk sampai larut. Masukkan daun pandan dan garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
7. Kentalkan dengan larutan tepung maizena. Masak sampai meletup-letup. Tambahkan kelapa muda. Aduk rata.
8. Sajikan serabi dengan sausnya.
