MINI PANCAKE CHOCOLATE SAUCE - Serabi Mini Saus Coklat

Mini Pancake Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients :
- 150 grams of wheat flour protein are -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 1 egg, whipped loose -

- 1 tsp baking powder -

Ingredients sauce :

- 200 ml milk -
- 1 tsp cocoa -
- 2 tbsp sugar -

How to prepare :

Serabi Mini Saus Coklat

Bahan :
- 150 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -

- 1 sdt baking powder -
- 2 tetes pewarna merah muda -

Bahan saus :
- 200 ml susu cair -
- 1 sdt coklat bubuk -
- 2 sdm gula pasir -
- 50 gram coklat masak pekat, dipotong-potong -
- 1 sdt tepung maizena -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan cetakan serabi tanah liat yang diberi parutan kepala. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Campur tepung terigu, garam dan air. Aduk rata. Tuang susu sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni dan dikeplok-keplok 20 menit. Diamkan 30 menit.
3. Tambahkan baking powder. Aduk rata. Ambil 1 sdm adonan. Tambahkan pewarna merah muda. Aduk rata.
4. Tuang di cetakan serabi yang sudah panas.Tambahkan adonan merah muda di beberapa tempat. Biarkan berlubang. Kecilkan api. Tutup dan biarkan sampai matang.
5. Saus : rebus susu cair, coklat bubuk dan gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Tambahkan potongan coklat masak pekat. Aduk sampai larut.
6. Ketalkan dengan tepung maizena. Masak sampai meletup-letup.
7. Sajikan serabi dengan sausnya.
