DUCK CURRY - Gulai Bebek

Duck Curry

Ingredients :
- 1 duck tail, cut the 4 -
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin -
- 4 grains of red onion, thinly sliced -
- 2 stem citronella, taken whiteness, bruise -
- 1 sheet turmeric leaf, tied -
- 1 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 1 tsp sugar -
- 2000 ml water -
- 2 tbsp oil for stir fry -

Bamboo fine :
- 12 grains of red onion -
- 4 cloves garlic -
- 4 grains candlenut, fry without oil -
- 8 pieces green chili -
- 2 cm ginger -
- 1 cm turmeric, burned -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil. Stir fry garlic, onion, citronella, turmeric leaves and fragrant spices until smooth. Add duck. Poke to change color.
2. Enter the water, salt and sugar. Cook until cooked.

For 4 portions

Gulai Bebek

Bahan :
- 1 ekor bebek, dipotong 4 bagian -
- 3 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis -
- 4 butir bawang merah, diiris tipis -
- 2 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 1 lembar daun kunyit, diikat -
- 1 1/2 sdt garam -
- 1 sdt gula pasir -
- 2.000 ml air -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bambu halus :
- 12 butir bawang merah -
- 4 siung bawang putih -
- 4 butir kemiri, disangrai -
- 8 buah cabai hijau -
- 2 cm jahe -
- 1 cm kunyit, dibakar -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, serai, daun kunyit dan bumbu halus sampai harum. Tambahkan bebek. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
2. Masukkan air, garam dan gula pasir. Masak sampa matang.
