Ingredients :

How to prepare :

Tahu Kuah Jahe
Bahan :

Bahan kuah :
- Jahe 100 gram, bakar, kupas, memarkan –
- Gula merah 50 gram, sisir –
- Gula pasir 50 gram –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Air 1 lt –
- Daun pandan 1 lembar –
Cara membuat :
1. Puding tahu : Campur semua bahan, aduk rata. Rebus sambil diaduk hingga mendidih. Angkat dan biarkan uap panasnya hilang.Tuang adonan putih dalam loyang yang telah dibasahi, bekukan.
2. Kerok puding dengan sendok makan atau cetak bentuk kelereng. Sisihkan.
3. Kuah : Campur semua bahan, rebus hingga mendidih dan gula larut sambil diaduk. Kecilkan api, masak hingga ½ bagian. Angkat dan saring.
4. Siapkan gelas saji, isi dengan adonan tahu secukupnya, lalu beri air jahe secukupnya,sajikan hangat.
Tips :
- Untuk variasi isi tambahkan saja mutiara, kacang tanah goreng, kelapa muda atau bahan lain.
- Jika ingin kuah yang lebih pedas tambahkan jumlah jahenya.
