PEPES TOFU - Pepes Tahu

Pepes Tofu

Ingredients :
- Tofu 250 grams, marten, mashed -
- Shrimp 100 grams, fine grinding -
- 5 units star fruits vegetables, cut rough -
- 1 clove chicken eggs -
- Banana leaf -

Subtle flavor :
- Onion 4 grains -
- 2 cloves garlic -
- Candlenut 2 grains, fried without oil -
- 3 red chili fruit -
- Cayenne -
- Salt -
- Sugar -

How to prepare :
1. Intervention, and shrimp, egg, star fruit and vegetable ingredients until evenly smooth.
2. Take 1 sheet of banana leaf, the content of the mixture with 3 tsp tofu.
3. Wrap and roll like a bamboo but small.
4. Hook both ends with toothpick. until the dough runs out.
5. Heat steam pot, steam until cooked. Lift and discard the toothpick. Serve.

To 12 packets.

Pepes Tahu

Bahan :
- Tahu 250 gram, kukus, haluskan –
- Udang 100 gram, Giling halus –
- Belimbimg sayur 5 buah, potong kasar –
- Telur ayam 1 butir –
- Daun pisang secukupnya –

Bumbu Halus :
- Bawang merah 4 butir –
- Bawang putih 2 siung –
- Kemiri 2 butir, sangrai –
- Cabai merah 3 buah –
- Cabai rawit secukupnya –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Gula pasir secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Campur tahu, udang, telur, belimbing sayur dan bumbu halus hingga rata.
2. Ambil 1 lembar daun pisang, isi dengan 3 sdt campuran tahu.
3. Gulung dan bungkus menyerupai lontong tapi kecil.
4. Semat kedua ujungnya denga lidi.Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
5. Panaskan panci pengukus, kukus pepes hingga matang. Angkat dan buang sematnya. Sajikan.
