MINI ICE CREAM - Mini Es Krim

Mini Ice Cream

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of wheat flour -
- Baking powder 1 / 4 tsp -
- Margarine 100 grams -
- 50 grams of butter -
- Vanilli powder 1 / 8 tsp -
- Refined sugar 100 grams -
- 1 clove chicken eggs -

Spread :
- 1 egg Yellow grains -
- 1 st liquid milk -

Decoration :
- Brown 100 grams of cooked, melted -
- Trimis tart, ready to use -

How to prepare :
1. Shake margarine, butter and sugar until smooth soft. Enter the eggs while still shaken.
2. Enter the wheat flour that is mixed with baking powder and vanilli, poke average. Place the dough for 15 minutes.

Mini Es Krim

Bahan :
- Tepung terigu 200 gram -
- Baking powder 1/4 sdt -
- Margarin 100 gram -
- Mentega 50 gram -
- Vanilli bubuk 1/8 sdt -
- Gula halus 100 gram -
- Telur ayam 1 butir -

Olesan :
- Kuning telur 1 butir -
- Susu cair 1 st -

Hiasan :
- Coklat masak pekat 100 gram, lelhkan -
- Trimis tart secukupnya, siap pakai -

Cara membuat :
1. Kocok margarin, mentega dan gula halus hingga lembut. Masukkan telur sambil terus dikocok.
2. Masukkan tepung terigu yang sudah dicampur dengan baking powder dan vanilli, aduk rata. Diamkan adonan selama 15 menit.
3. Cetak adonan seperti bentuk es krim, letakkan pada loyang datar dan oles dengan olesan. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 17oC selama 15 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.
4. Setelah dingin, hias dengan coklat leleh dan trimis tart, diamkan sebentar.
5. Sajikan.
