PANCAKE CHEESE - Serabi Keju

Pancake Cheese

Ingredients :
- 175 grams of wheat flour protein are -
- 1 / 4 tsp salt -
- 1 egg, whipped loose -
- 500 ml milk -
- 25 grams grated cheddar cheese -
- 1 tsp baking powder -
- 3 pieces beef sausage, cut-cut for sowing -

How to prepare :

Serabi Keju

Bahan :
- 175 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
- 1 butir telur, dikocok lepas -
- 500 ml susu cair -
- 25 gram keju cheddar parut -
- 1 sdt baking powder -
- 3 buah sosis sapi, dipotong-potong untuk taburan -

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan cetakan serabi tanah liat yang diberi parutan kepala. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Panaskan susu cair. Tambahkan keju cheddar aprut. Aduk sampai keju larut. Ukur 400 ml susu. Biarkan hangat.
3. Campur tepung terigu, garam dan telur. Aduk rata.
4. Tuang ke dalam rebusan susu sambil diuleni dan dikeplok-keplok 20 menit.Diamkan 30 menit.
5. Tambahkan baking powder. Aduk rata.
6. Tuang ke cetakan serabi. Biarkan mengembang. Taburi sosis sapi, kecilkan api, tutup dan biarkan sampai matang.
