Pandanus Pancake, Syrup of Palm Sugar Durian
Ingredients :

How to prepare :

Serabi Pandan Kinca Durian
Bahan :
- 175 gram tepung terigu protein sedang -

- 500 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 25 ml air suji -
- 3 tetes pewarna hijau tua -
- 1 sdt baking powder -
Bahan saus :
- 300 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 100 gram gula merah, disisir halus -
- 1 lembar daun pandan -
- 1/4 sdt garam -
- 100 dram daging durian -
Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan cetakan serabi tanah liat yang diberi parutan kepala. Aduk-aduk kelapa sampai berminyak. Buang kelapanya dan panaskan 5 menit lagi dengan api sedang.
2. Rebus santan sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Ukur 450 ml santan. Biarkan hangat.
3. Aduk rata tepung terigu, garam dan telur. Masukkan santan, air suji dan pewarna hijau tua sedikit-sedikit sambil dikeplok-keplok 20 menit. Diamkan 30 menit.
4. Tambahkan baking powder. Aduk rata.
5. Tuang dicetakan serabi yang sudah panas. Biarkan berlubang. Kecilkan api. Tutup dan biarkan sampai matang.
6. Saus : rebus bahan saus sa,bil diaduk sampai mendidih.
7. Sajikan serabi dengan sausnya.
