ABON FISH - ABON IKAN

Abon Fish

Ingredients :
- Fillet of fresh tuna fish 1 kg -
- Serai 2 bar, -
- Ginger 1 cm, -
- 150 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut grains -
- Cooking oil 300 ml -

Subtle flavor :
- Onion 6 grains -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- 2 cm turmeric -
- 1 tsp coriander -
- 1 sheet of orange leaves -
- Salt -

How to prepare :
1. Steam tuna until soft but not destroyed. Lift.
2. mashed fish.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil, pan-smooth flavor, Serai and ginger until fragrant.

Abon Ikan

Bahan :
- Fillet ikan tuna segar 1 kg –
- Serai 2 batang, memarkan –
- Jahe 1 cm, memarkan –
- Santan 150 ml dari ½ butir kelapa –
- Minyak goreng 300 ml –

Bumbu Halus :
- Bawang merah 6 butir –
- Bawang putih 3 siung –
- Kunyit 2 cm –
- Ketumbar 1 sdt –
- Daun jeruk 1 lembar –
- Garam secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Kukus ikan tuna hingga lunak tetapi tidak hancur. Angkat.
2. Parut atau suwir –suwir ikan, sisihkan.
3. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus, serai dan jahe hingga harum .
4. Masukkan ikan dan santan, aduk rata.Masak dengan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga kering.
5. Panaskan minyak, goreng adonan ikan hingga kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.
6. Pres atau peras hingga minyaknya tiris. Sajikan.
