FRIED BEAN SPROUTS - Taoge Goreng

Fried Bean Sprouts

Ingredients :
- 500 grams bean sprouts, boiled, drained -
- Oncom 250 grams, cut dice -
- Kucai 1 bunch, finely sliced -
- 2 Tomato fruit, sliced -
- Tofu 5 pieces, pieces, dice -
- 1 Mie yellow packet, boiled, drained -
- Fried onion -
- 2 tbsp cooking oil -
- Water -

Ingredients :
- Bawang putih 5 cloves, chopped -
- 5 grains Onion, chopped -
- Red serut Sugar 2 tablespoon -
- Taoco 5 ml (½ small bottle) -
- Sweet-Style -
- Water 50 ml -
- 1 tsp Sugar -
- Salt -

How to prepare :
1. Heat oil, garlic and pan-onion until fragrant. Add water, slosh average.
2. Enter taoco, sweet soy sauce and spices until cooked, lift.
3. Boil water until boiling, enter all ingredients except tomatoes, kucai, and fried onion. Lift and drained.
4. Enter all ingredients in a bowl, let tomato, onion and fry kucai. Give over with the seasoning. Serve.

Tip: We do not cook too long to be bean sprouts remain attractive appearance and texture when eaten is still restless.

For 3 portions.

Taoge Goreng

Bahan :
- Taoge 500 gram, rebus, tiriskan –
- Oncom 250 gram, potong dadu –
- Kucai 1 ikat, iris halus –
- Tomat mengkal 2 buah, iris –
- Tahu 5 buah, potong dadu –
- Mie kuning 1 bungkus, rebus, tiriskan –
- Bawang goreng secukupnya –
- Minyak goreng 2 sdm –
- Air secukupnya –

Bumbu :
- Bawang putih 5 siung, cincang –
- Bawang merah 5 butir, cincang –
- Gula merah serut 2 sendok makan –
- Taoco 5 ml ( ½ botol kecil) –
- Kecap manis secukupnya –
- Air 50 ml –
- Gula pasir 1 sdt –
- Garam secukupnya –

Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum. Tambahkan air, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan taoco, kecap manis dan bumbu yang lain.Masak hingga matang, angkat.
3. Rebus air hingga mendidih, calupkan ( blansir ) semua bahan kecuali tomat, kucai dan bawang goreng. Angkat dan tiriskan.
4. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk, taburi dengan tomat, kucai dan bawang goreng. Siram atasnya dengan bumbu. Sajikan.

Tips : Sebaiknya jangan masak taoge terlalu lama agar penampilannya tetap menarik dan saat dimakan teksturnya masih renyah.
