BOTOK TOFU - Botok Tahu

Botok Tofu

Ingredients :
- 300 grams in white, cut 1 cm dice -
- 3 grains egg -
- 5 sheets leaves salad, finely sliced -
- Banana leaves sufficiently -
- 20 grams of cayenne pepper -

Fine spices :
- 7 grains onion -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp salt -

How to prepare :
1. Intervention eggs, spices and fine leaf sald. Add know. Poke average.
2. Take a banana leaf blade. Put the dough 2 tbsp. Add some cayenne pepper fruit. Wrap with hook and palm leaf rib.
3. Steam for 30 minute

For 4 portions

Botok Tahu

Bahan :
- 300 gram tahu putih, potong dadu 1 cm -
- 3 btr telur ayam -
- 5 helai daun mangkokan, diiris halus -
- Daun pisang secukupnya -
- 20 gram cabai rawit -

Bumbu halus :
- 7 btr bawang merah -
- 3 siung bawang putih -
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk -
- 1 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Campur telur, bumbu halus dan daun mangkokan. Tambahkan tahu. Aduk rata.
2. Ambil sehelai daun pisang. Letakkan 2 sdm adonan. Tambahkan beberapa buah cabai rawit. Bungkus dan semat dengan lidi.
3. Kukus selama 30 menit.
