ROASTED CHICKEN - Ayam Bakar Ungkep

Roasted Chicken

Ingredients :
- 1 chicken tail, chest not be dropping out of -
- 1 tbsp tamarind water -
- 4 shaft citronella, bruise -
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce -
- 1000 ml water -
- 3 tbsp cooking oil -

Fine spices:
- 5 pieces red chili -
- 8 grains onion -
- 4 cloves garlic -
- 4 grains candlenut -
- 1 tsp coriander -
- 2 tsp salt -

How to prepare :
1. Stir fry citronella and subtle spices, to mature.
2. Enter stirred until the chicken changes color.
3. Add tamarind water and water while stirred.
4. Enter a sweet soy sauce.
5. Cook until chicken flavor set, above the fire small.
6. Roasted chicken on the coals of fire until fragrant.

For 4 portions

Ayam Bakar Ungkep

Bahan :
- 1 ekor ayam, dibelah dada tidak putus -
- 1 sdm air asam jawa -
- 4 batang serai dimemarkan -
- 3 sdm kecap manis -
- 1.000 ml air -
- 3 sdm minyak goreng -

Bumbu halus :
- 5 buah cabai merah -
- 8 butir bawang merah -
- 4 siung bawang putih -
- 4 butir kemiri -
- 1 sdt ketumbar -
- 2 sdt garam -

Cara membuat :
1. Tumis bumbu halus dan serai hingga matang.
2. Masukkan ayam sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna.
3. Tambahkan air asam jawa dan air sambil diaduk.
4. Masukkan kecap manis.
5. Masak ayam sampai bumbu mengental, di atas api kecil.
6. Bakar ayam di bara api sampai harum.
