CASSAVA LEAVES WRAPPED TOFU - Tahu Bungkus Daun Singkong

Cassava Leaves Wrapped Tofu

Ingredients :
- 1 bunch (150 grams) of cassava leaves -
- 2 pieces of bay -
- 2 cm ginger, bruise -
- 1 stem citronella, taken whiteness, bruise -
- 8 pieces red chili sauce -
- 1 tsp salt -
- 1 / 2 tsp sugar -
- 800 ml of coconut milk 1 / 2 grains coconut -
- 2 tbsp oil for stir fry -
- Fried onion for sowing -

Fine spices :
- 8 grains onion -
- 3 cloves garlic -
- 3 red chili fruit ringleted -
- 1 large red chili fruit -
- 3 candle nut, fry without oil -
- 1 / 2 tbsp dry shrimp, fry without oil -

Ingredients contents :
- 4 pieces (360 grams) yellow tofu -
- 50 ml of water -

Fine spices :
- 1 tsp coriander -
- 1 / 4 tsp pepper -
- 1 / 2 tsp salt -
- 2 cloves garlic -

How to prepare :
1. Boiled cassava leaves and 1 tsp salt in 1000 ml of water until withered. Lift. Drained.
2. Content: Soaked tofu, water and fine spices. Separate.
3. Take the leaves of cassava. Create a sheet. Tofu is set in the middle leaves. Folding box. Bound. Separate.
4. Heat oil. Stir fry fine spices, bay, ginger, citronella and red cayenne pepper until fragrant. Add packing out. Slow poke.
5. Enter the coconut milk, salt and sugar. Cook until thick.
6. Serve with fried onion topping.

Tahu Bungkus Daun Singkong

Bahan :
- 1 ikat (150 gram) daun singkong -
- 2 lembar daun salam -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 1 batang serai, diambil putihnya, dimemarkan -
- 8 buah cabai rawit merah -
- 1 sdt garam -
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir -
- 800 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -
- Bawang goreng untuk taburan -

Bumbu halus :
- 8 butir bawang merah -
- 3 siung bawang putih -
- 3 buah cabai merah keriting -
- 1 buah cabai merah besar -
- 3 buah kemiri, disangrai -
- 1/2 sdm ebi, disangrai -

Bahan isi :
- 4 buah (360 gram) tahu kuning -
- 50 ml air -

Bumbu halus :
- 1 sdt ketumbar -
- 1/4 sdt merica -
- 1/2 sdt garam -
- 2 siung bawang putih -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus daun singkong dan 1 sdt garam dalam 1.000 ml air sampai layu. Angkat. Tiriskan.
2. Isi : Rendan tahu, air dan bumbu halus. Sisihkan.
3. Ambil daun singkong. Buat lembaran. Tata tahu di tengah daun. Lipat kotak. Ikat. Sisihkan.
4. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas, serai dan cabai rawit merah sampai harum. Tambahkan bungkusan tahu. Aduk perlahan.
5. Masukkan santan, garam dan gula pasir. Masak sampai kental.
6. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.
