TENGGIRI TOMATO CURRY - Tenggiri Kari Tomat

Tenggiri Tomato Curry

Ingredients :
- 1 head (700 grams) of fish tenggiri, cut -
- 2 pieces of bay -
- 2 cm ginger, bruise -
- 3 tomatoes grated -
- 1 tsp curry powder -
- 3 / 4 tsp salt -
- 3 / 4 tsp sugar -
- 200 ml water -
- 2 tbsp oil for stir fry -

Fine spices :
- 6 onion grains -
- 4 cloves garlic -
- 2 large red chili fruit -
- 2 red chili fruit ringleted -

How to prepare :
1. Tenggiri fish mixed with 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder, 1 / 2 tsp lime juice and 1 / 2 tsp salt. Leave 10 minutes. Fry until crusted.
2. Heat oil. Stir fry fine spices, bay and ginger until fragrant.
3. Enter the tomato, curry powder, salt and sugar. Poke average.
4. Add fish tenggiri. Poke average. Add water. Cook until thick.

Tenggiri Kari Tomat

Bahan :
- 1 ekor (700 gram) ikan tenggiri, dipotong-potong -
- 2 lembar daun salam -
- 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan -
- 3 buah tomat parut -
- 1 sdt kari bubuk -
- 3/4 sdt garam -
- 3/4 sdt gula pasir -
- 200 ml air -
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis -

Bumbu halus :
- 6 butir bawang merah -
- 4 siung bawang putih -
- 2 buah cabai merah besar -
- 2 buah cabai merah keriting -

Cara membuat :
1. Lumuri ikan tenggiri dengan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk, 1/2 sdt air jeruk nipis dan 1/2 sdt garam. Diamkan 10 menit. Goreng sampai berkulit.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam dan lengkuas sampai harum.
3. Masukkan tomat, kari bubuk, garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.
4. Tambahkan ikan tenggiri. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Masak sampai kental.
