Chicken Porridge Sukabumi
Pulp material :
- Rice 100 grams -

- 3400 ml cooking oil -
- Cakwe 1 fruit, cut thin -
- 1 stem celery, sliced thin -
- Soybean frying 50 grams -
- Starch crackers 50 grams, ready to use -
- Fried onion 1 tbsp -
- Chili stew -
How to prepare :
1. Sauce: Boil chicken with water and boil until chicken cooked. Lift, separate and chicken broth. Heat oil, pan until fragrant spices finely. Add seasoning to sauce, cook until spices cooked again. Enter the broth, boil. Lift.

Tips:
- If you do not have crackers kanji, you can replace it with crackers or shrimp crackers belinjo (emping)

Bubur Ayam Sukabumi
Bahan bubur :
- Beras 100 gram –
- Air kaldu ayam 750 gram –
- Daun salam 1 lembar –
- Garam secukupnya –
Bumbu halus :
- Bawang merah 6 butir –
- Bawang putih 2 siung –
- Kunyit 1 cm –
- Kemiri 1 butir, sangrai –
- Ketumbar sangrai ½ sdt –
Bahan kuah :
- Ayam 300 gram –
- Air 750 ml –
- Merica bubuk ½ sdt –
- Kecap manis ½ sdm –
- Pala 1/8 butir –
- Garam secukupnya –
- Minyak goreng 1 sdm –
Bahan Taburan :
- Minyak goreng 3400 ml –
- Cakwe 1 buah, potong tipis –
- Seledri 1 batang, iris tipis –
- Kedelai goreng 50 gram –
- Kerupuk kanji 50 gram, siap pakai –
- Bawang goreng 1 sdm –
- Sambal cabai rebus secukupnya –
Cara membuat :
1. Kuah : Rebus ayam bersama air hingga mendidih dan ayam matang. Angkat, pisahkan ayam dan kaldu. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan bumbu lain untuk kuah, masak kembali hingga bumbu matang. Tuang air kaldu, didihkan. Angkat.
2. Taburan : Panaskan minyak, Goreng ayam hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan suwir–suwir.
3. Bubur : Masak beras bersama air kaldu dan daun salam sambil diaduk hingga beras merekah dan matang. Angkat dan sisihkan.
4. Masukkan bubur dalam mangkuk, tuangi dengan kuah ayam. Taburi suwiran daging ayam, kedelai, seledri, cakwe, bawang goreng dan kerupuk. Sajikan dengan sambal.
Tips :
- Jika tidak menemui kerupuk kanji, anda dapat menggantinya dengan kerupuk udang kecil atau kerupuk belinjo ( emping )
- Untuk lebih nikmat tambahkan kecap asin dan kecap manis.
