LAKSA

Laksa

Ingredients :
- Chicken 1.5 kg -
- Shrimp sizes are 500 grams, boiled, peeled -
- Bihun 500 grams, soaked in mater -
- Eggs 5 grains boiled chicken, sliced -
- Half thick coconut milk 500 ml -
- 3 tbsp cooking oil -
- Fried onion -
- Basil leaves -

Fine spices :
- Onion 15 grains -
- 5 cloves Bawang putih -
- Candlenut 10 grains -
- Turmeric 6 cm -
- 1 tsp coriander -
- Paste 1 tsp -
- 1 tbsp Salt -
- Serai 2 trunks -

How to prepare :
1. Boil chicken until cooked, lift, cut a small length.
2. Heat cooking oil, spices tumis fine until fragrant, enter boiled shrimp, water, chicken stew, coconut milk and Serai. Boil until boiling, lift.
3. Prepare the bowl, fill with sliced boiled eggs, chicken bihun and suwir.
4. Add basil leaves and onion fry secukupnya, siramkan sauce above.
5. Serve immediately.

Laksa

Bahan :
- Ayam 1,5 kg -
- Udang ukuran sedang 500 gram, rebus, kupas -
- Bihun 500 gram, rendam hingga mekar -
- Telur ayam rebus 5 butir, iris -
- Santan setengah kental 500 ml -
- Minyak goreng 3 sdm -
- Bawang goreng secukupnya -
- Daun kemangi secukupnya -

Bumbu halus :
- Bawang merah 15 butir -
- Bawang putih 5 siung -
- Kemiri 10 butir -
- Kunyit 6 cm -
- Ketumbar 1 sdt -
- Terasi 1 sdt -
- Garam 1 sdm -
- Serai 2 batang -

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus daging ayam hingga matang, angkat, suwir-suwir.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan udang rebus, air rebusan ayam, santan dan serai. Rebus hingga mendidih, angkat.
3. Siapkan mangkuk, isi dengan irisan telur rebus, bihun dan ayam suwir.
4. Tambahkan daun kemangi dan bawang goreng secukupnya, siramkan kuah diatasnya.
5. Sajikan segera.
